— MEET THE OWNER
Hands-on From The First Walkthrough To The Final Punch List.
"Construction is a relationship business. If I'm not on site, I'm one phone call away, and you'll have my number from day one."
Salvatore Settepani founded Sevens Services after more than a decade in residential and commercial construction. The goal was simple: build a small, accountable team that does serious finish work, treats clients like family, and finishes what it starts.
Today Sevens handles everything from single-room renovations to ground-up custom homes, with Sal personally overseeing scheduling, trades, and final quality.
— WHAT WE STAND FOR
Four Values That Shape Every Project.
Trust
Clear estimates, honest timelines, and the same answer whether you're standing in front of us or on the phone.
Quality
Materials we'd use in our own homes, trades we've vetted, and finish work we'll stand behind.
Family
Most of our work is repeat clients and referrals. We treat people the way we'd want to be treated.
Reliability
We show up when we say we will and finish what we start. Communication is part of the job.
