How do you determine pricing for your services?

Every project is priced based on scope, materials, and site conditions, there's no flat rate. After a walkthrough we send a written estimate that breaks out labor, materials, and any allowances so you can see exactly what's included and where you have choices.

We work throughout New Jersey and New York. If you're outside that area, reach out anyway, we'll either help or refer you to someone we trust.

Yes. Sevens Services Custom Home Builders is fully licensed and insured for residential and commercial work in NJ and NY. We're happy to provide certificates of insurance before any project starts.

Fill out the estimate form with a few details about your project. We'll follow up to schedule a walkthrough and then send you a clear written estimate within a few business days.

Do you handle both residential and commercial work?

Yes. About 70% of our work is residential, custom homes and renovations, and the rest is commercial build-outs and fit-outs. The same team and process handles both.

Can you help with full renovations and smaller upgrades?

Absolutely. We handle everything from a powder room refresh to a multi-month whole-home renovation. Smaller projects get the same care and the same project manager.
